Kwaśnica – our pride
Back when we worked with Magda Gessler, the kwaśnica made by Mrs. Janinka – the owner of the shop next to the restaurant – was chosen and declared the best by the restaurateur. Ms. Magda ordered that only this kwaśnica (and under no circumstances any other!) be served to our guests. And so we’ve been making you fall in love with kwaśnica for years!

Bone-In Pork Chop
Juicy, tender meat marinated for 24 hours. Surprising accompaniment of sauerkraut purée in crispy panko. This combination brings to mind a classic flavor, but in a completely new, original interpretation. The whole dish, enhanced by a bold tzatziki sauce, will linger as a culinary memory long after you return from Podhale.
