Behind the scenes at Schronisko
Schronisko Bukowina is not just food – it’s a story of people, places, and flavors that stay in your heart. Come and feel this unique atmosphere. We’re waiting for you with open arms and a full plate.

A passion that has brought people together for years
Schronisko Bukowina was born from a love of food and the need to share what’s best. Our story began in December 2015 in Bukowina Tatrzańska, when we opened the doors of Schronisko Smaków Magda Gessler restaurant. Collaborating with the creator of “Kitchen Revolutions” was an expression of our commitment to quality and our desire to offer something special to everyone visiting Podhale.
From the beginning, we’ve focused on fresh, carefully selected products – both local and those brought from the farthest corners of the world. Our principle? Simplicity and perfection: a maximum of 10 main dishes and 3 soups on the menu. This ensures every ingredient is always fresh, and the wait time for your meal is short.
Not just a restaurant – we’re building a community of flavors
Schronisko Bukowina is more than just a restaurant. It’s a comprehensive approach to the world of flavors, which we extend to various areas:

A manufactory of taste and quality
We have a modern facility where we prepare up to 3,000 packages for shipping every day. During the holiday season, we add magic to your gifts – we handle the packaging and delivery of gift packages for companies, their employees, and business partners. Each of these areas is not just work for us, but above all a mission – spreading the culture of good taste, quality, and the joy of food. Join our community and discover what Schronisko Bukowina tastes like. We’re waiting for you!

History
Join us on a journey through time! Browsing the gallery, you’ll see how our restaurant has changed over the years – from the décor to menu details. One thing, however, has remained unchanged: our heart, passion for cooking, and desire to create a place where everyone feels at home.
